Local Bio Tech medical device start up company is looking for an experienced Quality Assuarance Inspector for its Boca Raton Corporate office. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a quality inspector in medical device manufacturing environment. Will be responsible for inspecting and testing medical devices for quality of assembly, labeling, banding and packing upon receipt from manufacturer to ensure quality standards are being met. The Quality Inspector is responsible for assisting with performance of incoming receiving inspection of medical device components and releases incoming materials for use and documents non-conformances for follow up and resolution for manufacturing engineers. Monitors the receipt, processing and applicable regulatory reporting of customer complaints. Evaluates, implements and maintains quality system software applications. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English. May be involved in handling FDA and third party audits. This position will be responsible for driving capital projects for Perrigo Florida as well as drive the day to day operational process enhancements.
