CQT (Naples, FL)
Experience: Layout/ metrology technician proficient in the use of open plate layout methods. Experience should include the use of hand tools and equipment such as the following:
- Height gage, Optical comparators, micrometer, caliper, go-no go plug, ring and thread gauges. Candidate should also have experience in coordinate metrology and related functions.
- The ideal candidate will possess a fundamental understanding of GD&T, ISO quality management systems and gage R&R’s.
Job duties will include:
- First article inspection, capability studies, sample inspection and execution of the entire quality plan.
- Assisting with validation execution, quality engineering and some customer interaction.
Previous experience required:
- 3-5 yrs in a inspection lab, or sufficient demonstration of the use of metrology tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- ASQ Certification is desired (CQT, CMI, CCT, CQE, etc.)
- SPC, APQP, CMM, PPAP experience a plus

Quality Control Inspector (Miami, FL)
Job Purpose: The QCI verifies compliance with work standards, SOPs, the ROH, and other requirements documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Day to day functions):
- The QCI pays particular attention to the timeliness and accuracy of the work performed.
- The QCI screens documents to determine the accuracy of the data contained in them and determines which need corrective action.
- The QCI keeps various logs and uses random sampling to evaluate process efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
- The QCI is responsible for recognizing data problems that might invalidate samples, for investigating complaints, for reviewing violations found by USCIS personnel, and for preparing reports of findings and of actions needed or taken.
- The QCI recommends changes in SOP’s, production standards, administrative procedures, and other actions that will improve contract performance.
- The QCI conducts frequent internal quality audits.
Minimum Experience, Education and Licensure:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must have at least two (2) years experience in quality control activities. He or she must have the ability to identify problems and suggest solutions. The QCI must have at least one (1) year experience in conducting quality control activities in a records management, information management, or administrative services environment. Four years of experience as a clerk on the RSS/FOSS contract is substitutable for this specialized experience. Must qualify for a USCIS security clearance and a DSS Secret clearance
- Computer skills required: MS Office

Production Supervisor (Pompano Beach, FL)
The Production Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager, and is responsible for the following activities:
- Provide daily hands-on production support as a working supervisor
- Manage the orderly, efficient, and safe receiving, inspecting, preparing, cleaning, coating and shipping of customer product.
- Assure the quality of the prepared product
- Manage all facility operations with emphasis on safety, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance
- Review production work orders and production schedule to meet scheduled delivery dates
- ·Work together with sales reps, etc. to ensure that all schedules are met.
- Develop and/or revise standard production practices and work instructions
- Assure workers comply with written practices and instructions
- Lead daily production schedule meetings
- Manage and develop cross functional training for all employees
- Lead monthly safety and quality meetings
- Define and execute production improvement ideas
- Interview, hire and train employees
- Performance appraisals and ongoing employee performance initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing field
- 3+ years production supervisory experience in a manufacturing field
- Knowledge of manufacturing process environment
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret governmental regulations and technical procedures
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts, write reports, procedure manuals and effectively present information
- MS Office product knowledge
